A week, costed as you build it

Every shift you drop changes the number at the top. Overtime is worked out the way your jurisdiction works it out — daily thresholds, weekly thresholds, and the ones that do not stack — so the figure you are managing to is the figure payroll will produce.

Roles carry their own colour. A shift that runs until close says so.

A shift can end at close

A restaurant does not know when a Friday finishes. A shift can be scheduled until close, or until business slows down, and the team is told exactly that — while the manager keeps a private end time so the budget still means something.

Holidays arrive with a week's notice

Statutory holidays are stored as rules, not as a list that goes stale — the Monday on or before 24 May, the first Monday in September, Good Friday counted back from Easter. The week before one lands, the schedule says so, and tells you whether it is still empty.

Everyone sees their own week

Staff sign in to one screen: the shifts they are on, the hours they can work, time off, and a way to hand a shift to somebody else. Nothing else. Published weeks reach them by email, and soon by an app of their own.

Two branches, one roster

A second location brings its own jurisdiction, its own currency and its own week start. Somebody on both rosters stays one person.
